Warranty Registration form.
In
order to induce the undersigned purchaser a Tomberlin
motorized product, the Purchaser agrees and promises to hold Tomberlin Product Group
and the retailer harmless and indemnify them from all claims and demands or
causes of action which may arise or be asserted against them arising or
allegedly arising from any claim related to the delivery of the Tomberlin
motorized product
or its us by the Purchaser or any third parties, including all attorney fees
and legal costs whether or not any claim or assertion is deemed or found to be
valid or not. All parties agree and
stipulate that any legal proceedings, which relate to or arise out of this
transaction, shall be brought only in a federal or state court located in the
County
of
Richmond
, State of Georgia
. This form and owner’s manual
contain vital safety information.
You must
review the warnings below and make sure that you
have read and understand each warning.
Always
read the owners manual carefully and follow the operating procedures described
in the owner’s manual and pay special attention to the warnings contained in
the manual and on all labels.
It
is Recommended that no one under the age of 16 operate this Vehicle.
Never
allow any operation of the Vehicle before reading the owners manual.
Never
allow the Vehicle to be driven on a public road.
Never allow more
than one operator and one passenger to ride this Tomberlin motorized product.
Never
operate the Vehicle after consuming drugs or alcohol.
Never
operate the Vehicle without wearing proper helmet, eye protection and protective
clothing.
Never
operate the Vehicle on unsafe terrain or at excessive speeds.
Never
operate the Vehicle on pavement. It
is not designed to be used on paved surfaces and may be difficult to control.
Never
attempt wheelies, jumps or other stunts.
Always
follow the BREAK-IN period as described in the owner’s manual.
Not following the BREAK-IN period will void the engine warranty.
Always
clean the Air Filter as described in the Owner’s Manual.
Improper maintenance of the Air Filter will void the engine warranty.
