• Where is the unit sold?

The Pro Jogger is sold at Sam’s Club. 

 • What is the warranty?

Is the Pro Jogger safe?

Read the owner’s manual carefully before use.  Among all safety features, you will find: a bicycle style hand brake, 5 points safety harness, safety locking rear brakes, and safety wrist strap.

• Does the Pro Jogger require assembly with tools?

Assembly is required but made easy enough that no tools are needed.

• Do the tires require any specific maintenance?   

Tires on the Pro Jogger are similar to bicycle tires and require the same proper inflation. Make sure to inspect tires on a regular basis.

• Can I use the Pro Jogger as a regular stroller?

The Pro Jogger has all the amenities of a regular stroller, and added maneuverability.     

• Is there an age, or weight limit for the child being carried?

Absolutely.  Using the Jogger for a child in excess of 55 lbs or taller than 42 inches is not recommended and may cause unstable and dangerous conditions.

• How comfortable is the Pro Jogger for Baby?

The Pro Jogger features an oversized multi adjustable hood for extra sun and rain protection, adjustable reclining seat, foot rest, headrest, and comfortable, washable removable padding. 

• What about storage?

Also plenty of washable, convenient storage space is provided for bottles, cups, snacks and toys.

• Is the handlebar adjustable?

The handlebar is adjustable and should be adjusted for optimal comfort and safety.

• What are the dimensions of the Pro Jogger?

The Pro Jogger is 40 inches high from the ground to the top of the fully extended canopy, 50 inches wide and 56 inches long. 

• Can the Pro Jogger be folded?

It folds to a little less than half its height for transportation and storage.


• How often/how to adjust the brakes for proper slowing?

Your owner’s manual contains information on how to troubleshoot and maintain your braking system.  Brakes should be checked on a regular basis and adjusted as often as necessary.
